In industrial and automation environments where space is limited, angled connectors are often preferred — especially in compact systems. To meet this growing demand, WEIPU now offers angled overmolding solutions across our full range of SF, SA, SP, and SY series, as well as M12 connectors.

Notably, we have expanded this service to support smaller connector sizes, such as SF6, SA6, SF8, SA8, SP11, and SY11, which previously had no standard angled versions. This custom solution provides efficient cable routing, strain relief, and easy installation in space-constrained setups.

What Is Angled Overmolding?

Angled overmolding refers to the process of molding the connector and cable into a fixed 90° or custom angle. This design:

• Reduces cable bending and strain
• Improves installation in tight or confined spaces
• Enhances durability and performance over time

WEIPU Angled Overmolded Series

We now offer angled overmolded versions for the following WEIPU connector families:

• SF series: IP67, Push-pull locking, 1-19 pins, panel cutout size from 6mm to 24mm, UL certificated
• SA series: IP67, Push-pull locking, 1-35 pins, panel cutout size from 6mm to 28mm
• SP series: IP68, Thread coupling, 1-35 pins, panel cutout size from 11mm to 29mm, UL certificated
• SY series: IP67, Bayonet locking, 1-35 pins, panel cutout size from 11mm to 29mm, UL certificated
• M12 standard pre-molded series: IP67, Thread coupling, 3-12 pins, panel cutout size 12mm
